For many years, Mr. Snow found success as an attorney at Ray Quinney & Nebeker, where he specialized in tax law, estate planning and business formation. In addition to drafting various forms of wills and trusts, he helped many clients navigate complex processes such as mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring, succession planning and recapitalization. After serving as the chairman of Ray Quinney & Nebeker's tax and estate planning section for 10 years, Mr. Snow took a leave of absence to serve a mission with his wife in Italy for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in 2009-2010. Returning home Mr. Snow enrolled at the University of Utah and graduated with a bachelor's degree in linguistics in 2014. He followed this with a master's degree in linguistics from Brigham Young University in 2017, and then began assisting with translation services for his church, all the while serving as of counsel with his law firm.

He also excelled as the director of the Harvard Alumni Association of Utah from 1977 until 1987. Thanks to his renowned knowledge of corporate law, Mr. Snow was notably recruited as a co-author of the Utah Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act, which provides the legal framework for establishing and maintaining a limited liability company in his home state of Utah. Mr. Snow has been active over a period of 30 years in the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a scoutmaster multiple times and in other leadership roles, during which time he received the Award of Merit. He was also active for many years in the management of the Sweetwater Condominium Association. In that capacity, he received the national Gold Award for excellence in resort management from the American Resort Developers Association (ARDA) in 1994.
Throughout his career, Mr. Snow has been distinguished among Utah's "Legal Elite" by Utah Business Magazine on multiple occasions. In 2021, he was additionally honored as Salt Lake City's "Lawyer of the Year" by Best Lawyers. Mr. Snow attributes a great deal of his success to his exceptional networking skills as well as his ardent devotion to his faith. Though he has largely retired from active legal practice, he had since focused on assisting the efforts of his younger colleagues.
