Ms. Williams earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in business management from the University of Phoenix in 2016. Prior to pursuing her education, she worked as a paraprofessional for QI Clinical Consultants and MRS Unlimited. Since 2008, she has owned and worked as an administrator for Fayetteville Street Community Living Home, LLC, which holds locations in two counties. Additionally, Ms. Williams contributes on a regular basis to the homeless shelter, the homeless, and the Durham Rescue Mission.
As part of her dedication to her field, Ms. Williams serves as a member of the National Association of Professional Women. In accounting for her success, she credits the influence of her Christian faith. Likewise, she is grateful for the support of her employees and the residents with whom she works. Ms. Williams prides herself on providing ethical and compassionate service to her residents. Her family works closely with her in carrying out her mission. Her daughters, Ashley, (RN, BSN), is a registered nurse, Breanna, is a supervisor for both homes.
Ms. Williams became involved in her profession out of the steadfast belief that helping others has always been her calling. Looking toward the future, Ms. Williams plans to expand and grow the business to reach more people to make a positive difference in their lives.
