EASTHAM, MA, March 07, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Max Sarazin has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. As a child, Mr. Sarazin was amazed when he witnessed the Hindenburg float by en route to Germany in November of 1936. Over the years, he maintained an interest in mechanical things. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps in 1951 and completed boot camp at Parris Island, South Carolina. He subsequently refined his skills through radio procedure and adjusting fire in artillery spotting at Camp Catlin, Hawaii. Throughout his military career, Cpl. Sarazin served in Hawaii and Korea before receiving his Honorable Discharge in 1959.
Backed by his military career and his interest in mechanical engineering, Mr. Sarazin excelled with Raytheon as a design engineer and a value engineer between 1958 and 1988. An expert in his field, he obtained an Associate Degree with highest honors in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University. Mr. Sarazin is notably affiliated with the Society of American Value Engineers (S.A.V.E.) the tools of which he makes use of almost every day.
Although his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Sarazin is incredibly proud of being interviewed by the Korean Consulate on the 60th anniversary of the Truce and profiled in several books about his experiences in North Korea and being interviewed and profiled in several books about his experiences in North Korea. One such book was entitled "Know Me," which was written by Nancy Curci. Looking ahead, Mr. Sarazin enjoys his retirement and continues contributing to many in his various fields.
