MEDFORD, WA, March 08, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Hildegard R. Kuse, PhD, has been included in Marquis Who's Who. For nearly three and a half decades, Dr. Kuse worked as an educator at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point Laboratory School and School of Education. She also served as the director of an aerospace workshop for almost 10 years. Dr. Kuse retired in 1990, and has since served as the owner and operator of Kuse Farm Museum and Nature Preserve.
Dr. Kuse's family has owned the nonprofit Kuse Family Nature Preserve since 1881. Outside of her primary endeavors, she is a lifetime member of the National Science Teachers Association, the Stevens Point Historical and the Taylor County Historical Society. Formerly, Dr. Kuse was involved with the State Aerospace Committee.
Long dedicated as a civic advocate, Dr. Kuse has conducted Vacation Bible School and created church curriculum for the Lutheran Church. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in science education, and has been recognized by the State Aerospace Committee. Additionally, the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point has presented Dr. Kuse with a Distinguished Alumni Award and a Faculty Service Award.
