Harold Bluestein Puts His Legal Skills to Use an Attorney, Mediator and Consultant

Mr. Bluestein's gravitation toward his profession started as a small child; in fact, both his parents suggested he consider a career in law as he always "had the mouth for it." Driven by his aspiration, he ultimately obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Miami School of Law in 1974, where he graduated cum laude, followed by an admission to the Florida Bar in 1975. Throughout his studies and training, he made it a point to carefully observe other lawyers in the south Florida area and how they conducted themselves during trials. Around the 1990s, he was one of the two founding principals of Bluestein and Wayne PA, a Miami-based firm that started out specializing in generalized civil trials. He handled marital and family law matters, but also personal injury matters, medical malpractice cases, and commercial litigation. Over time, the firm narrowed its focus to marital and family law.

Always motivated by the good work he does for his clients, Mr. Bluestein has wielded his abilities as a lawyer by conducting extensive research into his clients' cases, communicating well with them, understanding how to get to the heart of what the issues are, finding effective solutions for them, and being an impressive litigator in the courtroom. Throughout his career, his work has predominantly been in major marital and family law cases involving diverse high-income individuals with significant wealth, public personalities, and successful businesspeople.

Since 2020, Mr. Bluestein has offered mediation and consulting services out of his firm, Harold Bluestein, PLLC. In his new practice, he has been able to be more selective in the cases he wants to handle, while still helping lots of people navigate the complex and difficult waters of marital and family law—which has been extremely rewarding for him. He has continually garnered exceptional results from his clients and accumulated a lengthy list of referrals from past clients as well as fellow lawyers.
