Established in Peabody, Massachusetts, in 2020, the company provides support to those currently suffering from an alcohol or drug addiction or are in active recovery. An experienced and talented addiction recovery coach, she and her team help clients end their addiction and find the necessary resources for proper detoxification and treatment that foster long-term recovery. In addition to her work at her office, Ms. Pezzuto also leverages her expertise by providing dialectical behavior therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Leveraging her personal experience with addiction and personal abuse, Ms. Pezzuto began taking recover coaching classes in order to contribute on behalf of self. Presently, she is proud to offer her service to more than 150 clients. Looking toward the future, Ms. Pezzuto aspires to assist more women with children and create a safe haven, as well as establish her own IOP program.
Prior to becoming a coach, Ms. Pezzuto spent more than 20 years in the teaching field. Ms. Pezzuto received a Recognition Award from Mayor Ted Bettencourt at the grand opening of Recovery Journey Services LLC, which highlighted her contributions in helping those throughout the community who were in recovery.
A native of Massachusetts, Ms. Pezzuto studied locally, earning a Bachelor of Arts in elementary education and teaching at Stonehill College in Easton in 1998. She also acquired a Master of Arts in education as a reading specialist at Concordia University. Well qualified in her field, she holds licensure as a teacher, an alcohol and drug counselor, a social worker and a recovery coach. Professionally, Ms. Pezzuto is affiliated as a member of the Peabody Chamber of Commerce.
