Having received extensive training from her organization, Ms. Dwyer rose to become a legal administrative manager at its Rancho Cordova, California, office in 2004. For seven years, she directed the management of over 15 legal executive support staff members and legal office operations management staff members, oversaw customer service, served as the legal assistant to the managing partner and, among other duties, served as the legal administrative operations manager for Farmers and Zurich North America's in-house counsel.
Ms. Dwyer is an alumnus of California Coast University, where she acquired both a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1999 and a Master of Business Administration in 2018. She also completed the University of Farmers Property Claims School, the University of Farmers Leadership Development Program, the University of Farmers Commercial Advanced Litigation School, and the University of Farmers Lean White Belt Sigma. Involved with various nonprofits outside of her primary career endeavors, Ms. Dwyer is currently active with the American Cancer Society. Helping to raise funds to support the cause, she often runs at various cancer challenge events.
