He spent ten previous years with the Moundview Memorial Hospital and Clinics in Friendship, Wisconsin, as a physician and medical director from 2006 to 2016. Dr. Bellak studied at the University of California Los Angeles, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with honors in 1995. Continuing his studies, he was accepted to the University of Nevada School of Medicine, and earned a Doctor of Medicine in 2000. Additional educational pursuits to his credit include an internship and residency in internal medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Arizona and additional allergy, asthma and immunology training at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health from 2003 to 2005 and 2011 to 2012. While attending medical school and completing residency, Dr. Bellak was the recipient of numerous awards for his research and medical abstracts. Presently, he is focused on growing his practice, while also developing his reputation throughout the community.
