Immigrating to the United States in 1989, he applied for a mining position for a tunnel project in downtown Dallas, Texas, which began his career in the industry. Following this period, Mr. Oginski gained valuable expertise as a labor equipment operator and field engineer, and expanded upon his knowledge of construction management, resource and equipment management, finance, safety, scheduling and more.
Supported by his considerable experiences, Mr. Oginski presently excels as a project manager for J.F. Shea Construction, through which he has had the opportunity to work on projects in the states of Arkansas, Oregon, Massachusetts, New York, California and Kentucky. Before embarking on his professional journey, he earned a bachelor's degree in mining engineering through the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland, and a master's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.
