Notably, Mr. Allaire was instrumental in transitioning FTXP toward environmentally friendly hydrogen energy during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic. Presently, he is working to pivot the company's business model toward natural hydrogen exploration and development, with the goal of producing carbon-free natural hydrogen for a fraction of the current cost to produce green hydrogen.
An experienced industry professional, he has garnered a reputation for previously forming worthwhile partnerships with those in the exploration, oil and gas sectors, particularly in the mid-continent and gulf coast regions of the country. From 2007 to 2012, he served as a managing partner of Versailles Capital Partners LLC, where he oversaw all operations of the advisory and business development firm. Mr. Allaire subsequently served as the president, chief executive officer and chief financial officer of Veritas Energy Management LLC, a marketing and management company that was involved in the oil and gas industry along the Gulf Coast area from 2011 to 2015.
Leveraging his near three decades of expertise as a management executive to support his business, Mr. Allaire's long history of success also involved leadership positions in finance, sales, marketing and other industries. Prior to transitioning into the oil and gas sector, he served as the vice chair and chief financial officer of Global Distillers & Vintners Holdings Inc., a vertically-integrated international wine and spirits business headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Mr. Allaire was also the co-founder and president of Dynamic Imports Corporation in Beverly Hills, California, a national importer and wholesale distributor of biodynamic and organically grown wines.
To achieve his professional goals, Mr. Allaire attended Johnson & Wales University on a 4-year full-tuition scholarship, where he acquired an Associate of Science in finance and investments, an Associate of Science in advertising and public relations and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and, more recently, earned a Master's certificate in environmental policy and management with a concentration in energy and sustainability at the University of Denver. As part of his professional commitments, Mr. Allaire is active as a member of the University of Denver Alumni Association, the Harvard Business School Alumni Association and the Johnson & Wales University Alumni Association. Outside of his full-time commitments with FTXP, Mr. Allaire's past non-profit work includes volunteering with St. Elizabeth's Homeless Shelter in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and with Stand Up for Kids in Orange County, California, including raising funds for the non-profit whose mission is to empower homeless and at-risk youth toward lifelong personal growth.
