HOUSTON, TX, April 01, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Arthur Fuller has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Fuller is most proud to have distinguished himself as one of the three people that managed the development of the forerunner of the internet. This was the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network, otherwise known as ARPANET. Reaching its nascent stages during the 1960s, it was notably a top-secret project of the United States Army aimed toward establishing a secure line of communications between its four branches. Mr. Fuller sat as one of the witnesses to the system demonstration that took place at the University of Michigan in September of 1969. When companies that participated in its development began to market it sometime later, the Internet as we know it today was born.
Having been an avid reader of informational books from childhood, Mr. Fuller developed an interest in technology early in life. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and natural sciences from Miles College in 1958. Following this accomplishment, Mr. Fuller completed all but his dissertation toward a doctoral degree in applied mathematics at New York University.
From 1960 to 1990, Mr. Fuller found success as a supervisory naval architect for the Naval Sea Systems Command. He accomplished much in this role, including having been responsible for the development of a major aspect of computer programs that designed naval ships, including the design of the nuclear aircraft carrier. He subsequently turned over the design to the British Navy, helping the United Kingdom's naval warfare force acquire their first naval ship design technology. Thereafter, Mr. Fuller retired and was recruited to serve as the president of the Jean Richardson Fuller Foundation, a nonprofit organization.
Since 1978, Mr. Fuller has worked as the owner of ArtFul Enterprises International, a company that specializes in business ownership, development and operations. He established ArtFul Enterprises International with a passion for helping business owners grow as much as possible. A respected voice in the fields of computer graphics and technology, he has published numerous works. To wit, he is the author of the book "Yes You Can: Against And Despite All Odds." For his inimitable work, Mr. Fuller has received awards pertaining to managing church-related projects, including construction projects.
