Ms. Hartley has worked as a family practice attorney since 2009, and as the managing partner of Hartley Lamas Et Al. in Ventura, California, since 2014. The firm has become highly experienced in cases involving jurisdictional disputes centered on movement of military and non-military persons. Ms. Hartley is a founding board member of Pray for the Courts, a Ventura-based non-profit organization that has been actively prayer-walking the local court since 2011. Her firm has been the primary financial support for two full-time individuals to minister to court staff, Pray for the Courts.
