After resolving to steer his career ambitions in a different direction, he encountered a teacher at the school at which his mother taught, who suggested he become a nurse. During the mid-1990s, Mr. Kluth received a diploma in nursing from Milwaukee School of Engineering and Nursing and began working as a critical care nurse.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Kluth has gained valuable expertise in the field as the director of quality assurance and risk assurance for Saint Anthony North Health Campus, and received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in leadership and a Master of Science in Nursing in health care facilities administration from Regis University. Supported by years of expertise, he presently excels as the director of quality and safety for Saint Anthony North Health Campus. In this capacity, Mr. Kluth ensures that all units in all floors understand outlying safety issues in their respective areas.
In order to remain aware of changes in the field, Mr. Kluth aligns himself with the National Association for Healthcare Quality, the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology, and the American Nurses Association. While his career has been filled with highlights, he is most proud to have worked with the Saint Anthony North Health Campus, which was a three-star CMS facility at the time of his initial employment, Leapfrog was a "C." Within four years, they became a five-star facility and a Leapfrog "A." Looking toward the future, Mr. Kluth aspires to continue offering quality health care for his patients.
