Drawing inspiration from the example of her mother, who was the first female fine arts dealer in the United States, Ms. Fioratti pursued a career in the arts. Ms. Fioratti's areas of expertise reside in French and Italian furniture of the 18th century, as well as Renaissance furniture, works of art, ceramics, drawings, and paintings.
A respected voice in her field, Ms. Fioratti has written numerous publications regarding art and antiques, including "How to Know French Antiques," "Playing Games," "Illuminating Their World" and several others. Amongst her notable accomplishments, she is proud to have been commissioned by an Italian art historian to write a book about Italian furniture, "Il Mobile Italiano."
