Leveraging her expertise in the education, government, non-profit, and military sectors, Ms. Bogue recently joined the Women's Campaign International (WCI) as the executive director 2022 and has served as a board member since 2019. Working alongside the founder, the chief executive officer and the board of directors, she supports its mission of creating a better future for women in politics, peacebuilding, and advocacy. Headquartered in Philadelphia and recognized as a global organization, WCI currently serves 45 different countries.
Responsible for cultivating existing programs, while also expanding on existing ones, Ms. Bogue also oversees fundraising events, grant proposals and the organization's budget. Under the direct supervision of the founder and the chief executive officer, she also focuses on the needs of unfunded programs and securing investment opportunities. Among her many goals in the coming years, Ms. Bogue aims to continually address the needs of women that significantly impact growth.

Serving as a leader in a space where she could aid those in need, she has also played an integral role in helping populations that cannot help themselves. Prior to accepting her recent position, she notably excelled with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs between 2011 and 2022. Hired as a senior analyst in the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary for Economic Opportunity, she later served as deputy director of operations and education service before being named executive director, senior executive service, of education service.
Besides her contributions at WCI, Ms. Bogue started her own boutique consulting firm, "She Blends Strategy Firm" in February 2022. Her new firm is a certified women-owned small business leading the charge as a woman entrepreneur. Serving in partnership with nonprofit as well as public and private organizations, she provides her expertise to better develop strategies that support more efficiency in the workplace.
Ms. Bogue has been additionally active as a mentor for the Mom Project. She served as a committee member for the White House's National Science and Technology Council's committee on STEM education. Furthermore, Ms. Bogue is a member of the Women Leaders advisory board and dean's advisory board at her alma mater, Hofstra University.
An alumnus of Morgan State University, Ms. Bogue earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She was later accepted to Hofstra University, from she obtained a Master of Art in education. She also completed the executive strategic leadership program at the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, the Center for Excellence in Public Leadership Senior Leader Program at The George Washington University, and the Women Leading Change program at Harvard Kennedy School. Ms. Bogue is a certified lean six sigma black belt.
Ms. Bogue was recently honored with the Bill Pearson Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award from the Western Association of Veterans Education Specialists in 2021. She was previously the recipient of a Service to the Citizens Public Service Award in 2020. Likewise, Ms. Bogue has been recognized for her Service to Citizens HillVets 100 in 2019.
