An expert in management of nursing home facilities, Ms. Mancini has dedicated her career to helping improve conditions for elderly patients in nursing homes. She initially earned a Bachelor of Arts in interpersonal and organizational communications and psychology from Youngstown State University in 2016. She is a licensed nursing home administrator and certified dementia practitioner, and she completed the BELTSS Core of Knowledge Program with the Ohio Health Care Association at LeadingAge Ohio.
Ms. Mancini began her career as a nursing home administrator-in-training for Briarfield Manor in 2016 and the social service director for Sprenger Health Care Systems in 2017. The same year, she was promoted to director of admissions, marketing and social services for the same company. In 2018, she was promoted to the executive director of Sprenger Health Care Systems, with which she became the assisted living administrator in 2019.
Ms. Mancini continued her career as a nursing home administrator for Progressive Quality Care in 2019 and later worked as a traveling nursing home administrator until 2021 reporting directly to the director of operations. That year, she worked for Garden Healthcare until beginning her present role for Paramount Senior Living. In this capacity, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursing home, ensuring the residents are receiving the highest quality care. As part of this responsibility, she meets with staff daily and reviews all the nursing notes from the previous day, following up with nurses and clients as needed. In addition to her main career, Ms. Mancini serves as a fundraising advocate for the Alzheimer's Association.
A driven and determined person by nature, Ms. Mancini conducts herself with genuine care and compassion for the residents of her nursing home. She is passionate about staying with them and providing them with the best care she can give, even in the most difficult times. As her company is opening new facilities, she intends to take on the role of regional administrator to oversee each location's administrator, training them, and being a mentor for them throughout their journey.
