When Mr. Digby was working as an ironworker at San Jose International Airport, he rescued a man who was trapped within the clutches of a pile driver. In recognition of his life-saving act, he received a Medal of Valor from the San Jose Fire Department. Mr. Digby attributes a great deal of his success to his ability to overcome adversity. In the coming years, he intends to develop more hybrid training programs to maximize the accessibility of vocational education around the world.
