Prior to her appointment with Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, Ms. Hammond-Loth excelled as a human resources analyst for the state of Tennessee for a number of years. She had previously found success as a regional human resources manager for Wild Oats Markets Inc. from 1996 until 2004. During this period, Ms. Hammond-Loth notably developed a new hiring process that has since been introduced at every Wild Oats Markets location across the United States.
Throughout her tenure with Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee, Ms. Hammond-Loth has facilitated myriad improvements in organizational structure and implemented a series of innovative recruitment policies, specifically in relation to the screening of new employees. In order to maximize her professional skill set, she resumed her education at the age of 60 and completed a Bachelor of Arts in management and human relations at Trevecca Nazarene University. Alongside her primary professional responsibilities, Ms. Hammond-Loth currently serves as a board member for numerous committees within Boys & Girls Clubs of America, such as the safety committee and conflict resolution committee.
