Throughout her career, Ms. Schiffner has completed Dale Carnegie Training, earned a degree in business, management, marketing and related support services through the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, where she also completed the executive development program. In conjunction with her work, she dedicates herself to others through Hopelink and FedEx Cares. Due to her vast breadth of knowledge, she co-authored the publication "Women Who Lead," and received a Beacon Award through FedEx. In 2000, she was also honored with the Chairman's Award through Verizon Wireless.
