In light of her outstanding work in the field, Ms. Waggoner was recognized by the subsidiary group of Rockwell Collins in Hyderabad, India, and was honored with the Waypoint Women's Achievement Award.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Waggoner is most proud to have established a design center in Hyderabad, India, well beyond her original expectations. Within a month of taking on the project, she made the facility fully functional for three employees and increased the projected staff by 600% in the first year at Rockwell Collins, Hyderabad, India, and 850% above projections in the second year. During her time with the company, she also increased the rate of employee retention in an incredibly competitive job market which continues to be the case nearly 12 years later.
