Ms. Grabusnik is the current owner of G&S Hardware and Supply LLC. Her husband and brother-in-law purchased the business in 2012 and she took over the reins in 2022. In addition to overseeing operations, numerous staff members and all other routine functions, she focuses on continuing the same level of customer service and expertise as before. In the past year, she had devoted a lot of her time to learning the hardware business and becoming more diversified in the industry. Specializing in selling hardware, paint, and various home supplies, G&S Hardware and Supply LLC is also notably an authorized retailer of True Value and Benjamin Moore products.
Prior to transitioning into retail, Ms. Grabusnik was employed by Avenue Stores Company as an executive assistant to the chief financial officer and a liaison for the store operations department for several years. She subsequently served for 20 years as the company's lease administrator in the real estate department. Among other roles, Ms. Grabusnik worked for the U.S. Social Security Administration.

Looking toward the future, she aspires to continue growing the business and her clientele. Ms. Grabusnik is also prepared to train her eldest son, who currently works for her and will eventually take over when she is ready to retire.
