Ms. Sams began her career working with Chevron Global Technology Services providing legal advice to stakeholders domestically and abroad. Following an 8 year stint with Chevron, Ms. Sams began providing legal advice to a service provider in the energy industry, IHI E&C International Corporation. In 2017, Ms. Sams was appointed General Counsel of IHI E&C. The scope of her position included legal, compliance, commercial, and risk management. During her time at IHI E&C, Ms. Sams implemented the first Compliance Week, a week of engaging activities to educate the workforce on the compliance program. Tiffany was known to be a technology enthusiast, always looking for ways that process and technology could improve efficiency. With a wealth of experience under her belt, and a desire to revolutionize how legal services are offered, Tiffany entered private practice full time in 2021.

Alongside her responsibilities at Pathlight Legal Corporation, Ms. Sams is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Haus of Zuri, a lifestyle brand offering hair augmentation products to professional cosmetologists and individual consumers. Haus of Zuri offers a unique selection of ethically-sourced hair and beauty products to persons suffering from hair loss/thinning issues. Ms. Sams is familiar with operating in unfamiliar terrain; she previously honed her expertise in facilitating complex transactions in the energy space in Chevron Corporation's South Africa Strategic Business Unit, where she served as the senior legal counsel from 2011 to 2015.
The year 2020, proved to be a year of notable achievements for Ms. Sams: she was included in Dillard University's "40 Under 40," which honors alumni who have demonstrated excellence in their fields during the early stages of their careers; she was also spotlighted in Vanguard Law Magazine for her work with IHI E&C. She attributes a great deal of her success to her ability to adapt to different legal and interpersonal environments.
