Ms. Kopycienski also recruits talented individuals for the company and trains them to become successful.
After working with her company for three months, Ms. Kopycienski was promoted to serve as a supervising agent due to the excellent work ethic and sales work she had performed during that short time. After six months, she reached the company's sales goal expectations and was admitted to attend a convention in Cancun. After 9 months she won a Lamborghini with the company and after 1 year she reached her company's sales goals expectations again and was admitted to attend a convention in Vegas. Additionally, she has won five sales performance awards during her tenure. Ms. Kopycienski's current goal is to develop her career to the point where she is making $200,000 annually, after which she hopes to retire.
