Following this period, she embarked upon her career as an interior decorator, and later became the vice president of Green Grown Products in 2005. Having accepted the position to assist the business after the owner, her friend's father, took ill, Ms. Bernardi discovered her own entrepreneurial spirit. Under her leadership, their product line expanded from only manufacturing herbal tea to offering 15 different items and supplying raw ingredients to several billion-dollar companies that distributed them to 145 countries.
Following her success with Green Grown Products, in 2006, Ms. Bernardi became the president of Green Grown Bulk Inc. In this capacity, she supervises the employees and takes care of any administrative duties for the company. She also strives to cultivate positive relationships with her customers. Likewise active as a creator, Ms. Bernardi hosted "The Vibe Teri Bernardi Talk Show," a television program that aired for one season on Tubi in 2021.
A dedicated civic advocate, Ms. Bernardi volunteers with the LEAP Foundation and the Children of the Night, a nonprofit organization for victims of sex trafficking. Teri is a long standing member of the IFT, a non-profit scientific society of professionals engaged in food science, food technology, and related areas in academia, government and industry in 90 countries. Also, she is very involved with The Woman's Leadership Summit, which are events not just for women but for everyone who wants to champion change on behalf of women. Past attendees have come to these summits to strengthen their skills as leaders, build a sense of empowerment and expand their networks. She also participates in different local programs to help homeless individuals in her community and support mobile hospitals in Ukraine. Ms. Bernardi is driven to help her community through her persistence, vision and passion, the same elements that have led to her career success.
