Delivering $5 million in premium over the past three years, Ms. Pulido is already projected to surpass her numbers from last year.
Inspired by the ongoing support she receives from her colleagues, Ms. Pulido often collaborates with various industry leaders to support her goals, from real estate agents and brokers to loan officers, builders and bankers. Overseeing various marketing initiatives to expand Capital Title's brand and presence in the marketplace, she also organizes mastermind groups, which are comprised of top-producing women in their field throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area, and hosts various other local events. Additionally, Ms. Pulido has been responsible for implementing the "LP Educates Me" educational platform, where instructors throughout the industry teach courses to real estate agents to help elevate their business.
During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Pulido garnered experience as a leasing agent leasing apartments to qualified clients at Village Green in Grapevine, Texas. Among other noteworthy roles, Ms. Pulido was a certified loan signing agent and mobile notary for Uptown Signing Agent in Dallas and Fort Worth, the director of business development for First Western Title in Fort Worth and, just prior to acquiring her current position, the business development manager for Texas Secure Title Company in Dallas and Fort Worth.
As part of her established commitment to civic endeavors, Ms. Pulido has volunteered as a group facilitator for The WARM Place since 2015, a nonprofit organization that supports children and their families after experiencing the loss of a loved one. She was also involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where she chaired a team that raised awareness and funds in Fort Worth.
An alumnus of the University of Texas at Arlington, Ms. Pulido earned a bachelor's degree in organizational communication in 2007. Well qualified in the real estate industry, she subsequently graduated from the Champions School of Real Estate in 2009, the largest real estate school in the state of Texas.
In light of her achievements, she was recognized in Real Estate Magazine's Top 100 People for 2021. Ms. Pulido was also named as the Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in 2018 for her volunteer and fundraising efforts and Affiliate of The Year for her participation with Women's Council of Realtors in 2015.
