Drawing on over three decades of expertise, Mr. Campbell specializes in service and manufacturing management. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, he pursued an education at ITT Technical Institute in Fort Wayne, where he obtained an associate degree in electronics and electronic engineering technology in 1981 and, subsequently, a Bachelor of Science in automated manufacturing technology in 1984. He continued his academic efforts at Kettering University, earning a Master of Science in manufacturing management in 1997. As a commitment to his field, Mr. Campbell is a certified master technician and has been active as a member with Business Networking International.
Mr. Campbell began his career at Delphi Delco Electronics Corporation, a General Motors subsidiary, where from 1985 to 1998 he served in a variety of roles, including a manufacturing project engineer, a quality assurance manager, a general supervisor and an industrial engineer. From 1998 until 1999, he garnered expertise at Innotek Inc. as an operations manager before contributing to Guardian Industries as a manufacturing superintendent between 1999 and 2001.
Mr. Campbell was subsequently active in his role as a plant manager at Dwyer Instruments Inc. from 2001 to 2006, and since 2006, he has found much success as president and owner of Bee Noble Inc. DBA Chem-Dry of Allen County and of Noble Lagrange Chem-Dry, which are four chem-dry franchises serving seven counties in Northeast Indiana. In this capacity, he specializes in oriental and area rugs, carpet, upholstery and tile cleaning services. Additionally, Mr. Campbell is responsible for all aspects of business operations, including sales, marketing, finances and service operations.
Well regarded for his contributions to the field, Mr. Campbell has received multiple awards, including a Circle of Excellence award since 2010, a Bright Horizon Award in 2008, a Best in State finalist in 2021 and 2022, a Perpetual Excellence National Award finalist and an Excellent Customer Service National Award finalist, to name only a few. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud to have been recognized for Perpetual Excellence for Chem-Dry of Allen County in 2020. Likewise, Mr. Campbell developed the quality data analysis and reporting system as well as the laser data analysis and reporting system for a manufacturing company.
Mr. Campbell attributes much of his success to his tenacity, time management skills, priorities and positivity. Likewise, he benefited greatly from the tutelage of Mike Cody and Kevin Keller from General Motors, who served as his mentors and greatly influenced him. Looking toward the future, Mr. Campbell aspires to pursue professional consulting and mentorship in his specialty and hopes to one day successfully retire.
