Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. McRae graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Arts in economics, summa cum laude, in 1998. He subsequently received a Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of California Los Angeles School of Law in 2002.
