Crediting nearly a decade of professional excellence to the fitness industry, Mr. Tomasulo established Level Up Fitness Strength & Conditioning in 2018. Operating a local training facility that offers personal, small group, and sport-specific training, he works diligently to accommodate all fitness levels while also introducing various workout sessions that do not rely solely on machines. Having successfully transformed the minds and bodies of many clients, he strives to motivate people to become more mentally and physically resilient and cognizant about living a healthier lifestyle. Over the past few years, Mr. Tomasulo has also developed an atmosphere at Level Up Fitness Strength & Conditioning where individuals encourage one another in achieving their fitness goals.
As owner and founder of his training facility, Mr. Tomasulo often spends hours every day overseeing operations. He also maintains his clients' schedules, as he accommodates at least eight private and group sessions per day. Furthermore, he concentrates on ensuring that his clients are happy with their services. Looking forward to continued growth in the industry, Mr. Tomasulo also aspires to implement additional services in the future.
Mr. Tomasulo credits much of the facility's success to his coaching staff (Nick Bader and Junior Suscal) and would like to thank them for their efforts and commitment to Level Up Fitness Strength & Conditioning. "Without them, I wouldn't be able to have the success we have and create the family type atmosphere in our training facility," he explained.
After graduating from college, Mr. Tomasulo worked for several local gyms in Westchester, Putnam, and Manhattan, through which he garnered experience working with the clientele and developed a better understanding of the business. He also began training clients and athletes privately in the garage of his home. After establishing himself in the industry, Mr. Tomasulo secured a small studio in Yorktown before ultimately relocating to his current facility (at 2013 Crompond Road, Yorktown Heights, NY 10598), which includes 3,500 square feet of space.
As part of his established commitment to civic endeavors, Mr. Tomasulo supports a local children's foundation that specializes in cancer research and all local sport teams of every level. He is also a member of the Yorktown Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Tomasulo notably studied at the University of Lynchburg in Virginia, where he played college baseball and earned a bachelor's degree in exercise physiology in 2015.
