Ms. Haywood-Allen began her career as a commercial loan officer before contributing to the sales and marketing department at Pittsburg Plate Glass Industries. Between 2001 and 2003, she garnered expertise as a finance operations manager at Xerox Corporation and, subsequently, as a national strategy leader of major accounts at General Electric Capital and Xerox Capital Services LLC from 2003 until 2010. In 2011, she advanced to the role of a customer experience leader in the United States customer business operations department at Xerox, prior to her retirement in 2015. In this capacity, she specialized in customer satisfaction, contract administration, billing, collections and project management for process and productivity improvement. Well regarded for her contributions to the field, Ms. Haywood-Allen has received multiple awards, including the National Leadership Award, the Accounts Receivable Revenue Contribution Award and several All Star Top Performance Awards.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Ms. Haywood-Allen volunteers her time and services to her local Christian Community Action and United Way charity organizations. Among her professional accomplishments, she is most proud of her contributions to the major corporations that she served as a financial leader, as well as her involvement with the Fortune 500 accounts and the management of their finances. Additionally, Ms. Haywood-Allen is proud to have hired and mentored many new and talented employees, who would later advance within the company.
