Having focused much of his teachings on the subject of physics, he initially joined the faculty staff in 1962 as an assistant professor, having drawn inspiration from the example of Albert Einstein. During the course of his employment, Dr. Kim consistently earned distinction for conducting research, writing books and publishing papers in the field.
Attributing much of his success to the strong high school education he received in Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science in physics from the institution now known as Carnegie Mellon University. He went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy from Princeton University in 1961, and later garnered experience as a postdoctoral fellow at the university. An expert in his field, Dr. Kim has written seven books, in addition to having co-written numerous published papers and studies, including "Space-time Geometry of Relativistic Particles" and "Poincare Symmetry from Heisenberg's Uncertainty Relations."
Well regarded in his field, Dr. Kim is a member of the American Physical Society. Among his career highlights, he is most proud to have engaged in fascinating research and published his findings for the benefit of his peers. Looking toward the future, Dr. Kim hopes to continue availing himself to the field of physics and finish writing a book regarding Albert Einstein.
