Renowned in her community, her artwork has been on display throughout California at the Santa Maria Airport, the Cypress Gallery in Lompoc, the Los Olivos Gallery and the Town Center Mall in Santa Maria. Influenced by her late grandfather, who was a very talented artist, Ms. Quintana grew up fascinated by the arts. As a local artist, she enjoys expressing herself and portraying her innermost feelings on canvas, while also touching other people's lives. Ms. Quintana studied at the Behavior Science and Research and Education Center, where she received certification in biogram therapy, biofeedback, hypnotherapy, and dreamology and later taught courses in hypnotherapy.
Having worked with patients suffering from multiple sclerosis, Ms. Quintana has also taught seminars, spoken publicly, and written numerous articles and other publications in her field of study. Among her additional endeavors, she notably authored the book, "Soul Therapy: A Game of Intuition" via Balboa Press in 2012, which serves to help readers to improve their intuition through a series of games. A dedicated civic advocate, she is additionally active as a volunteer art coordinator for the Ian M. Hassett Art Foundation in Orcutt, California, a nonprofit organization devoted to encouraging emerging artists to follow their passion. Ms. Quintana is also involved with the Santa Maria Friends of the Library Charity and the Madonna Ministry.
To remain aware of developments in her field, Ms. Quintana is a member of the National Museum for Women in the Arts. She is also affiliated with the Gold Coast Association for Hypnotherapists and the Ventura County Women's Business and Professional Association. Among her career highlights, she was featured in Best Poets of 2007 for her writing contributions. Some of Ms. Quintana's illustrations have also been showcased in Once Upon a Time Magazine.
