After successfully graduating from the program, Mr. Martinez spent several years as a general manager, team leader, and trainer for the company before ultimately taking those skills with him as he transitioned into real estate.
Long dedicated to civic advocacy on behalf of his local community, Mr. Martinez volunteers his time with the homeless population throughout Denver. Frequently visiting various campsites where they reside, he distributes much-needed care packages, food coupons, gift cards and other necessities.
Highly qualified in his field, Mr. Martinez is a licensed realtor. He also received certification as an accredited buyers' representative and real estate negotiation expert, and as an REO default certified professional.
