Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, he attained a Bachelor of Liberal Studies, Summa Cum Laude, from Barry University in 1993 and a Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1999. While pursuing his education, Mr. Manos began his career in a judicial internship with the Honorable William M. During this time he was inducted into Phi Delta Phi and the Order of the Coif in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements. After becoming an attorney, Mr. Manos honed his craft for 10 years in some of the most prestigious law firms in Florida, and since 2009, has been a managing member of his own law firm, Manos Schenk, PL. In this capacity, he handles an extensive caseload, and was on the legal team that won a $5.4 million verdict against a major aircraft company, a $33 million verdict against an oil company, a $37.2 million verdict on a large defamation suit involving a Nicaraguan banker, and $1.01 billion in a class action lawsuit involving 600,000 physicians.

Over the course of his career, he achieved one of the top verdicts in the United States for $37.2 million in 2006, which was the 44th highest jury award in the country. Outside of his main career path, Mr. Manos composes music, is accomplished on several instruments, and has produced and released numerous records. He continues to work to develop artists. He has also served on the editorial board of the University of Miami Law Review where he was a published author and has been published in several other legal journals and publications.
In recognition of his expertise and dedicated work, Mr. Manos' firm was named the Best Employment Litigation Practice in Florida; Best International Business Law Firm – Eastern Seaboard; Entertainment and Litigation Attorney of the Year 2019 – Florida, and he was honored with a U.S. Business News Legal Elite Award. Having worked his way through college and law school, Mr. Manos credits his success not only to his dedication to hard work and attention to detail, but also to the support and devotion of his wife, Laura, who is a highly-regarded computer sciences professional. But mostly, Mr. Manos was motivated to set a good example for his children, Bianca and John. Bianca has become a successful attorney in her own right, and John is a successful and sought-after computer software engineer.
