He continued his academic efforts at the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University, earning a Doctor of Medicine in 2013.

Dr. Siroky began his career as an internal medicine resident at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medicine School from 2013 to 2016 and, subsequently, garnered expertise as a cardiology fellow between 2016 and 2019. From 2019 until 2022, he served as a clinical cardiac electrophysiology fellow at Mount Sinai Morningside (formerly known as St. Luke's Hospital). Since August 2021, he has found much success as a cardiac electrophysiologist at Saint Francis Hospital and Heart Center in Roslyn, New York. In this capacity, Dr. Siroky is responsible for inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology consultations and follow-ups, as well as performing procedures such as laser lead extractions, ablations and the implantation of pacemakers and defibrillators.
Among his professional accomplishments, Dr. Siroky is most proud of the transition from his role as a resident and a fellow to an attending physician. Likewise, he is gratified to have established a thriving career in the hospital by building a strong referral base in his specialty. He attributes much of his success to his passion for his field of medicine and to his wife, who has always supported him in all of his endeavors.
