Driven by his passion and determination, Mr. Mourey presently excels as the chief steward for Quantum One DAO LLC, through which he is leading the ongoing development of the first SEC approved and regulated quantum blockchain ecosystem. Robert's vision of Quantum One stemmed from his greatest achievement when he single-handedly engineered the first Haskell blockchain ecosystem derived from Cardano, a public blockchain platform – the process involved the engineering of 7 thousand lines of Haskell blockchain code along with the modification of approximately 7 million lines of additional code. The new blockchain enables a customizable member vesting and reward framework that theoretically allows for thousands of additional use cases such as company bond holders, state pensioners, and or charitable contributions. He views the new blockchain as the foundation of future great achievements for Quantum One DAO.
Alongside his work with Quantum One, Mr. Mourey is the founder of the Ethereum project DAFIDAO which is now focused on compliant decentralized finance. He is also the founder and owner of The Blockchain Company.io LLC – a web3 engineering and consulting services company. During the last 20 years, he has been a voracious reader whose taught himself multiple programming languages, and the knowledge required to attain a 66% accuracy rate on 800 Cindicator trading scenarios. In 2014, he published an op-ed style e-book "The Federal Reserve, Goldman Sachs, AIG, & the Common Denominator" detailing the 2009 bailout of AIG.
He attributes his from the ground up understanding of business development to the 18 years spent in roles including mainframe programmer, business logistics analyst, licensed Realtor, and administrative officer at companies including Comcast Cable, Aetna, National Government Services, Commonwealth Packaging, EXIT Realty, and AES.
As he began the DAFIDAO project, he was a half time at student at Southern New Hampshire University in the Bachelor of Computer Science program for 4 consecutive years while working full time, fathering his now 16-year-old son Cole and 2-year-old daughter Sophie, and married to his wife Jennifer. 93 credits in to his Bachelors, Robert took the leap into the blockchain world. He plans to finish his degree as time permits. In conjunction with his work, he is a member of Pledge 1% and contributes to The Salvation Army, Ronald McDonald Foundation, and Victims of Domestic violence.
