Attributing more than a decade of success as the owner of ChillTex LLC in Minster, Ohio, Mr. Eilerman established his heating, cooling, mechanical and geothermal services organization in 2011. Serving the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in all areas of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), Mr. Eilerman's company also offers commercial and industrial sales and service, and commercial, industrial and preventive maintenance programs to meet the needs of every client. Led by a team of licensed technicians, ChillTex LLC notably serves parts of Shelby, Auglaize and Miami counties.
An experienced HVAC technician, Mr. Eilerman previously garnered recognition as a service technician for Slagle Mechanical Contractors from 2005 to 2011 before establishing his own company. During his career, he has learned the importance of having patience, maintaining a strong work ethic and a sense of integrity, and seeking counsel from those that have tenure in the industry. Grateful for his continued success, which he attributes to his faith and his wife for her ongoing support, Mr. Eilerman has also worked diligently to familiarize himself with new and improved technology, which can be difficult as it requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt. Looking toward the future, Mr. Eilerman plans to continue expanding ChillTex LLC to serve more clients throughout the surrounding areas, while providing the same level of care and professionalism in which he has built his business.
A native of Fort Loramie, Ohio, Mr. Eilerman has supported his local community through membership with the Fort Loramie Chamber of Commerce and the Southwestern Auglaize County Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Eilerman is also involved as a parishioner at his local Catholic church where he frequently makes donations to support members of the parish in need.
Well qualified in his field, Mr. Eilerman graduated from Upper Valley Joint Vocational School, now known as Upper Valley Career Center, in Piqua, Ohio, in 2005, where he studied heating, air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration maintenance technology. Mr. Eilerman also received certification in EPA refrigerant handling in the state of Ohio and is licensed in heating, ventilation and air conditioning. To remain aware of developments affecting his field, Mr. Eilerman is a member of the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society.
