Since 2001, he has worked with Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods in Oklahoma City, operating as a new home consultant between 2001 and 2005, a sales manager between 2005 and 2021, and the vice president of sales since 2021. Prior to working in his current position, Mr. Slovacek previously functioned as the general manager of Davis Financial Services Inc. from 1996 to 2001.
Prior to beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Slovacek earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in 1996. In addition to his educational credentials, he is also certified as a sales professional and to provide continuing education to realtors. Well regarded as a civic-minded citizen, he regularly donates funds to the Cross & Crown Mission and the Christian Service Center in Oklahoma City. Similarly, Mr. Slovacek has continued working with Ideal Homes & Neighborhoods for over 20 years – largely due to their generosity, as they donate 10% of their earnings to organizations and individuals in need.
