While Ms. Stuart-Watson remains consistently active in both her professional and civic endeavors, her family remains her top priority, and she is proud to have raised three daughters with her late husband, Randy. She was inspired to pursue the non-profit by her daughter, Ragan, who suffered from many health issues during her youth. Having garnered firsthand experience dealing with such traumas, Ms. Stuart-Watson recognized the need for further charitable support in the health care sector, which led to her starting her own Foundation.
