An expert in art and fashion, Ms. Paris has been an artist for more than 10 years. She began her career as the owner, chief executive officer and founder of Crystal Paris Designs LLC in 2012. To gain further expertise for her creative career, she completed coursework in fashion design at the Savannah College of Art and Design from 2015 until 2017. Following this accomplishment, she took an additional role as a designer and stylist for the WACO Theater Center in 2018 for Mrs. Tina Knowles Lawson's annual Wearable Art Gala which she continues presently.
As a commitment to her field, Ms. Paris was a speaker for professional events, including Facebook Global Business Summit. She has shown her art series Unhinged from our True Essence in her very own solo exhibits at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights in Atlanta Georgia, Visions Art Museum in San Diego California, and she has participated as a featured artist in the National Blacks Art Festival Wearable Art soiree at the High Museum of Art. She also donated to Black Women Radicals, a Black feminist advocacy organization dedicated to uplifting Black women. She is committed to being a voice for those who are unable to represent themselves, in addition to being an agent of change to initiate transformation in the art and fashion industry.
Ms. Paris credits her success not only to her passion for art but also to her children Elijah and Elle Amor. She desires to inspire young women particularly those in underrepresented communities. She aspires to create art by the medium of mix media collage and clothing to shape and propel the evolution of fashion and art while empowering women and young girls to dream big while authentically being themselves.
