Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, he earned a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Politecnico di Bari in Italy in 2003. Following this accomplishment, he served as the chief executive officer and chief technical officer for PDM S.p.A. from 2003 until 2015. While in this role, he also attained a Master of Business Administration from the 24ORE Business School in 2009.
For the duration of his early career, Mr. Pilone had been experimenting with new techniques and applications for the HVACR industry while living in Italy and working with his family's business. Following this period, he moved to the United States and served as the owner, president and chief executive officer for P1 S.R.L., from 2015 until 2017.
Since 2017, Mr. Pilone has been the founder, president and chief executive officer of PTubes, Inc., the creator of RYNO® Linesets. The company manufactures pre-insulated copper line sets, which are used to connect outer units to inner units for air conditioning equipment as an essential part of energy efficiency. As the leader of the business, Mr. Pilone oversees all operations of the company, creating and executing the strategic vision for the business.
To remain aware of developments affecting his field, Mr. Pilone is a member of American Standard Testing and Material, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. To commemorate his accomplishments, he was named Innovator of the Year in 2021 by the Wayne Economic Development Corporation and was honored with the HVAC Solution Provider Award in 2022. He has also applied for numerous patents for his HVACR technologies.
Looking toward the future, Mr. Pilone plans to continue developing PTubes, Inc. He intends for the company to become one of the most significant and largest companies in the HVACR industry in the nation.
