An expert in his field, Mr. Pikas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics with a Minor in Military Science from Texas Tech University, as well as several certifications. His certifications include being a Texas Registered Accessibility Specialist through the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, he is a Certified Coating Inspector and Cathodic Protection Tester through the AMPP (Association for Materials Protection and Performance) and holds a Certified General Contractor License in Florida via the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
