In this role, he is a trusted industry consultant and business partner of independent title agents and real estate attorneys, charged with managing the company's existing agents in his region, growing the agency's network, and supporting education, marketing, sales and strategic growth efforts. As a commitment to his field, Mr. Johnson serves as a board member and political action committee chairman for the Land Title Association of Arizona.
Prior to joining Alliant National Title Insurance Company in 2020, Mr. Johnson served as State Agency Manager at Attorneys Title Guaranty Fund Inc., and North American Title Insurance Company. Prior to that he functioned as Vice President and Director of Operations at Bell Title Agency for more than 15 years, during which time he played a key leadership role in guiding the company through the financial crisis of 2008 and 2009 and the subsequent recovery, a process that required keen strategic decision making and partnership development.
Before entering the title insurance field, Mr. Johnson had a successful, 15-year career as a jazz musician, frequently performing at five-star resorts throughout the mid-west, southeastern and southwestern United States. His musical achievements continue today, appearing as headlining act in the Lansing JazzFest. To support his artistic endeavors, Mr. Johnson completed coursework in jazz studies and performance at Arizona State University.
Mr. Johnson attributes his success to his strong work ethic, drive, and the quality of his work; he strives to be the best at everything he sets out to accomplish, a trait that enabled him to master the complexities of the title insurance field when he first entered into the business in 1996. He also credits his achievements to his growth-oriented mindset, and looks forward to continuing to expand his personal brand and exposure within his industry.
