Dedicated to helping students succeed in school, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a nonprofit organization that provides educational materials. To prepare for her career, she pursued an education at Texas Woman's University, from which she earned a bachelor's degree and an Executive Master of Business Administration. After working in various administration capacities for school districts for more than 20 years, she established Replenish School Supplies in 2018. After witnessing her friends and former coworkers spend their own funds to supply their classrooms, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone decided to help correct the lack of resources and cultivate a system to provide teachers and students with needed supplies.
In her present role with her company, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone communicates with school districts to identify the teachers' and students' needs, for which she then provides supplies. Donated supplies are distributed to districts in need, working only with items in lieu of monetary donations. In recognition of her dedicated work to help districts, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone has been recognized by several organizations. Here are a few:

To further support her community, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone volunteers with the Miracle League, Melody of Hope and Autism Speaks as well as serves in various church ministries. She also serves as a board member of the district improvement team for the Frisco Independent School District.
In addition to pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a specialization in organizational leadership and development from Capella University, Mrs. Beamon-Rhone intends to continue contributing her expertise to her community. She additionally plans to grow and expand her organization into more rural areas of the county, providing supplies to schools and teachers who need them most.
