In the year 2020, in the midst of a pandemic, Francisco decided to make a change in his life, leave his native country and come to live in Florida, United States, and dedicate himself to one of his childhood passions: painting. Regarding his work at Innovadesk, In addition to preparing and shipping orders, he addresses complaints and ensures that projects are completed within the budget and on time. Prior to obtaining his current role, he worked as chief of communications for the organization between 2018 and 2020, and as a communications officer for Colegio San Anselmo, through which he served as general editor of the school's external publications and advised the college on communications and public relations issues.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Valdivieso worked as journalist for Fundación Superación Pobreza, and head of communications for Corporación Benedictina de Manquehue. An expert in his field, he earned a bachelor's degree in history, a master's degree in journalism, a master's degree in strategic communications from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and a diploma from the Universidad Alberto Hurtado. To remain aware of developments affecting his field, he aligns himself with the Society of Professional Journalists.
In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of starting his company and making a difference, as well as serving as a social worker between 2014 and 2015. Looking toward the future, Mr. Valdivieso intends to engage in painting, continue writing and contribute to his community.
