Prior to establishing PureHaven Homes, Mr. Harr gained extensive experience as an employee of Toll Brothers in Las Vegas. Toll Brothers is notably one of the largest luxury homebuilders in the U.S.
Mr. Harr enjoys contributing to his community by sponsoring local businesses and supporting the athletic departments of area high schools. He has also been involved with the scholarship department at his alma mater, Brigham Young University (BYU), by helping to build its 10th "Cougar House," which is named after the university's mascot and was subsequently sold to benefit incoming students in need of financial assistance.
Born and raised in Colorado, Mr. Harr attended high school locally before graduating from Ricks College in Rexburg, Idaho, with an associate degree in architecture in 2000. He was subsequently accepted to BYU in Provo, Utah, where he garnered a bachelor's degree in construction management with a minor in business in 2002. To remain aware of developments in his field, he is a member of National Association of Home Builders, the Utah Valley Home Builders Association, and the BYU Alumni Association, and a past president of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association.
