Dr. Dulac was appointed as the superintendent and headmaster of The International School of Beijing in 1998, where he served until his retirement in 2003. His prior positions include a role as the superintendent of the New England School Districts from 1986 until 2011 and a stint as the football coach at Colby College from 1970 to 1978. The father of three sons and a grandfather of 11, he enjoys the depth and camaraderie of his extended family. He also remains committed to serving his community through volunteer opportunities at Serving Marblehead's St. Andrews Church Vestry and with the Clean Lakes Association of New Hampshire.
