Previously, Mr. Fleming gained valuable experience in the field first as an attorney for the New Hampshire Public Defender's Office and more recently as the Litigation Director for the Poker Players Alliance.

Mr. Fleming was representing a well-known anti-nuclear activist named Guy Chichester in the aforementioned case, which involved a nuclear power plant that was built in Seabrook, New Hampshire, whose civil disobedience was justified with a not guilty verdict in 1994.
