Looking to the future, he hopes to be working in the medical and science field, to develop new pharmaceuticals.
NEW YORK, NY, August 11, 2022 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Xin Tian, Esq. has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
As a research director with Beijing Qiansong Tech Development Co., Ltd., Xin Tian has put his expertise to use.
After earning a Bachelor of Science in biotechnology from China Pharmaceutical University in 2009, Mr. Tian discovered that China and the United States had very different philosophies with regard to the law. To explore this discrepancy, two years later, he graduated from New York University with a Master of Science in biology and pursued a JD at the University of Minnesota. His goal at the time was to pursue interdisciplinary studies that would combine his passions for biology and law.
Mr. Tian became a research director with Beijing Qiansong Tech Development Co., Ltd. in 2018, drawing on experience he gained as an electronic health record consultant at Technical Consulting & Research, Inc., and as a legal intern with Thomson Reuters. This experience includes such endeavors as conducting legal research on the constitutional law issues of separation of powers and equal protection, transcription of constitutional law review lectures, and, in one notable case, editing a 400-page case law annotation compilation, which included 39 U.S. Supreme Court cases. He has also translated the Minnesota State Constitution, and the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts into Chinese. In his present position, he estimates the values of U.S. patented drugs and assists Chinese pharmaceutical companies in obtaining patent licenses from American companies.
Looking over his career, Mr. Tian considers the highlight to be his patents for "Data isolation sharing method and device based on block chain, terminal, and system," and "Remote data sharing and protection method, server side, user ride, and system." He also takes great pride in having written one medical paper and three published articles in the IEEE journals.
Mr. Tian is a strong believer in progress, especially as it concerns technology. In his opinion, technological leaps forward will occur each and every year. This requires flexibility on the part of both the scientific research industry, which exists plentifully, and the legal field, which tends to favor stability and consistency above changing. This creates a challenge that our technology advances so quickly that our laws become obsolete. This was part of the reason he incorporated the law into his skill set, since he would like to make contributions that fill the gaps between law and science. Looking to the future, he hopes to be working in the medical and science field, to develop new pharmaceuticals. In addition, he is interested in technology for data security.
A true triple threat, Mr. Tian is a legal professional and a research specialist, but he also has an artistic talent, which he explores through creating short films and writing. He has produced the film, "Lost in New York," which won awards of merit at the Accolade Global Competition and the Indie Fest Film Festival in 2014.
In his personal life, Mr. Tian enjoys performance art, especially Broadway shows, as well as swimming, and of course, filmmaking. With his career in full swing, his best years are surely still ahead of him as he works to make sure that the legal and scientific fields work in lockstep to provide the best results for humanity.
