As the founder of the New Solutions Network and co-founder of evrmore.io, Natanya Wachtel's two-decade career as a pioneer in bringing innovative, tech-powered wellness solutions for chronic disease management included launching some of the first, award-winning personalized CRM programs and earliest inclusions of behavioral psychology into pharmaceutical marketing. She is a featured speaker and mentor within her industry, and has been featured in the press including Forbes, Advertising Age and Inc. Magazine.

Coming from an internationally and ethnically diverse family, she has lived in other countries and witnessed firsthand the disparity of wealth and access to care among certain people in those countries. Even from a young age, she quickly determined that health care was a human right, and that society as a whole must do better to provide equal access to quality care.

To prepare for her career as a therapist, healthtech strategy consultant and advocate, Dr. Wachtel earned a PhD in behavioral psychology from Michigan State alongside her undergraduate degree in psychology. In 2008, Dr. Wachtel founded New Solutions Factory, a specialized consulting consortium of behavioral science marketing and healthcare analytics experts. In this position, she creatively partners with health and wellness brands to help them understand, manage, and solve modern business challenges with a blend of customer-centric psychology, actionable behavioral models and technical innovation. In 2021, she brought the New Solutions Factory into the New Solutions Network of companies alongside HealthEd Princeton and Insights by Demand.

During the Covid-19 quarantine in 2020, she joined forces with former colleagues and co-founded evrmore.io, an empathy artificial intelligence-powered tech startup for GenZ betterment. It is new social audio journal app that combines wellness and personal development leveraging machine learning and the science of humanistic psychology.

In addition to her work on evermore.io and the New Solutions Network, Dr. Wachtel serves on the board of a few nonprofit organizations, all of which are aimed at helping people. One of these groups is Women Who Create, a mentor and scholarship program for women of color that helps people attend school for creative fields. The other is Inspiring My Generation, whose mission is to save lives through mental health awareness, early symptom detection, emotional support, and suicide prevention.

On a personal level, Dr. Wachtel feels that empathy and authenticity are the key to success, as well as determination. To be truly successful, a person must realize that there are weak points that can be improved upon to learn and grow. Rather than trying to be better than everyone else in the room, a person must know that they can always develop themselves further and maintain that humility that allows for people to learn, oftentimes by partnering with others.

In her spare time, Dr. Wachtel enjoys being in nature, as well as spending time with her family, including her husband, three sons and twin daughters.
