Joseph Zazo Is Proud to Run the Family Business, Zazo Electric

As the owner of Zazo Electric, Joe Zazo has been providing electric services to his clients since 2020.

Growing up, Mr. Zazo's father taught electronics in the Navy. His grandfather worked with home electronics, so he would take Mr. Zazo on jobs, lighting a spark that would ignite his passion for the field. Mr. Zazo started working as an electrician when he was in middle school. Years later, after earning his license and having worked in the field for quite some time, he still enjoys it.

Mr. Zazo completed his education at the Greater Michigan Construction Academy, and has earned certifications as an electrical contractor in 2020, and a master electrician in 2019. He started off as an electrician with various electrician companies for about 10 years before taking the reins into his own hands and opening Zazo Electric in 2020. Since then, his brother, Jacob Zazo, has taken up co-ownership of the business, holding a 50 percent stake since. Joe feels that Jacob has made a huge contribution to the company, and the brothers proudly work together to provide top-quality services to their clients.

In recognition of his excellent craftsmanship and commitment to hard work, he was named a Craft Professional of the Year by the Greater Michigan Construction Academy in 2015. In addition, he is a member of Associated Building and Contracting, or ABC.

Mr. Zazo attributes his success to treating people right and being fair in everything he does. Above all, he values the power of helping people out. He made money along the way, of course, but the true value of his work is seeing the satisfaction on a clients' face after a job well done. In the years to come, Mr. Zazo hopes to expand his operations, hiring two more employees and purchasing two more vehicles.
